Job Title: Program Co-ordinator

Main Purpose of Job

  • We are inviting qualified and talented individuals to join HTSF Global as a dedicated Program Coordinator, leading and overseeing our impactful programs focused on agricultural development and innovation.
  • This pivotal role is at the forefront of driving growth across our company and subsidiaries.
  • Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and CEO while closely collaborating with our External Consultant, you’ll spearhead the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and grant-related projects.
  • Your mission includes securing strategic partnerships that significantly contribute to advancing the agricultural sector and empowering farmers regionally.
  • We’re looking for a candidate with a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership skills to drive our mission forward.

Key Tasks

  • Develop Compelling Grant Proposals: Craft persuasive grant proposals that effectively convey HTSF Global’s mission, objectives, and impact, resulting in successful funding outcomes.
  • Engage External Partners: Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and investors, articulating HTSF Global’s value proposition and securing strategic investments to support program growth.
  • Craft Targeted Funding Pitches: Tailor funding proposals to specific funding sources, showcasing HTSF Global’s alignment with their criteria and maximizing funding opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as farmers, government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners, ensuring their active involvement and support for program success.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop programs in areas like Agriculture, Technology, and SDGs Advocacy that align with HTSF Global’s mission and objectives.
  • Project Proposal Cycle: Create detailed project proposals, plans, timelines, and budgets for each program, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of programs, coordinating activities, resources, and communication to achieve program goals and targets effectively.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program outcomes and impact, making data-driven adjustments as necessary for program improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to program teams, ensuring their effective performance and contribution towards program success.
  • Budget Preparation and Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with funding sources, tracking expenditures, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve financial goals.
  • Reporting: Generate regular comprehensive reports on program progress, outcomes, challenges, financial status, and budget variance analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Work with data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized agriculture analytics software to derive insights, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Innovation and Collaboration: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, infuse innovative approaches into program design and execution, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Research teams to align programs with customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Development Studies, Business Management or related field
  • Proven experience in program management, project management, partnership development, and public relations, preferably in the technology or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing successful partnerships and collaborations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities, with the confidence to represent the company effectively.
  • Proficiency in using data to make informed decisions, track program performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of tools for evaluating the impact and success of agriculture-related projects, such as social impact assessment software or tools for measuring sustainability metrics.
