Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: Edo, Lagos, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure bin cards are accurately updated to match with physical quantities.
- Ensure storage under the right conditions as per the cGMP protocol
- Implement FIFO (First in First out)/FEFO (First expiry first out) to avoid obsolete materials
- Issuing stock reports
- Ensure that the SOPs outlined are duly adhered to
- Receipt and Issue of goods/materials and ensuring impeccable records are kept for of all issues and receipts transactions.
- Ensure all relevant documents (GRN, Commercial Invoice, Released Stickers, Packing list, and CoA) are presented to Procurement/Finance.
- Must maintain and promote good warehouse practices including General Hygiene, Cleaning, and Safety in the Warehouse.
- Preparation for monthly audit of stock-taking and the financial year-end stock-taking exercise.
- Partake in monthly and end-of-year stock count
- Reconciliation of system figures with physical count/Bin card balances every month after stock-taking
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Experiences / Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Inventory / warehouse management
- Demonstrated record of achievement in the prior position
- HND in Purchasing and Supply
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems
- Highly numerical with Good Excel skills.
- Candidates MUST be living in Lagos
