Job Description
- We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to maintain high performance of the warehouse storage and shipment processes.
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the warehouse operations.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse productivity, space utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
- In-depth understanding of agrocommodities industry and best practices.
- Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
