Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and evolution of Rust tooling, compilers and runtimes team in collaboration with your peer engineering managers and product owners to meet the needs of Microsoft Rust developer community.
  • Build a strong team by addressing any communication challenges and promoting a sense of unity. 
  • Foster a culture of excellence in coding standards, design principles, and software engineering best practices. 
  • Mentor and support engineers in their technical growth and problem-solving skills. 
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. 
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, fostering innovation and efficiency.
