Job Title: Poultry Farm Manager
Location: Ile Ife, Osun

Role Description
- We are seeking an innovative and experienced Poulty Farm Manager to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring animal welfare, monitoring production levels, and implementing health and safety standards in the poultry farm.
- This is a full-time, on-site role located at Ife, Osun state.
Qualifications
- BS / MS Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a relevant field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role
- Poultry Farm Management, Animal Welfare, and Production Monitoring skills
- First-hand experience in the management of broilers and point of lay birds from egg fertilization to point of sale, point of cage and point of sale
- Operating facility equipment and maintenance
- Drug and Vaccine Administration
- Must have knowledge of poultry feed formulation
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in poultry farming
- Team management and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in agricultural management or related field
- Preparation of detailed reports on broiler/layers performance, egg production, vaccination records and overall birds’ health
