Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Poultry Farm Manager at Elites Integrated Agro Farms located in Ibadan.
- As a Poultry Farm Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include managing the poultry farm and plant operations, coordinating with the team for feeding and maintenance, monitoring and ensuring the health and well-being of the birds, managing inventory and supplies, overseeing the processing of broiler chickens, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant certifications or Degrees in Poultry Science or Agriculture with relevant work experience.
- Expertise in poultry farm management and operations
- Knowledge of feeding, breeding, processing and disease control practices
- Experience in managing inventory and supplies
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work full-time on-site (plant and farm) in Ibadan.
