Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor designated machinery to produce fertiliser products according to specifications.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards of production.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the fertiliser or chemical industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
