Job Title: Farm Worker

Job Description
- Perform various tasks related to livestock care, and general farm maintenance at Bereline Farms, following organic farming practices and safety protocols.
- Feed, water, and care for livestock, including turkeys, chickens, cows, and fish, monitoring their health and well-being and providing necessary support.
- Operate farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently following proper operating procedures.
- Assist with maintenance and repair tasks on-farm infrastructure, equipment, and facilities, such as fences, and buildings, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow instructions from farm supervisors and team leaders, working collaboratively with other farm workers to complete tasks and achieve production goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
