We also undertake Agricultural project management and consultancy services.

Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Job Description
- Supervise day to day farm activities
- Allocate duties to staff
- Ensure strict implementation of company policies
- Prepare and communicate budget for farm supplies
- Keep record of all materials purchased and moved out from farm
- Prepare and communicate work plans
- Training of staff for improved productivity
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in any course pertaining to Agriculture.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge about Piggery will be an added advantage
Skills:
- Must be a good communicator
- Must have ability to multitask
- Must be articulate
- Must Pay attention to details
- Must be good at planning
- Must be able to deliver result with minimal supervision
- Must have good time management skills
- Must have the ability to think out of the box
- Must have problem solving orientation
