Job Title: Farm Manager

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily operations, manage and motivate staff, and ensure optimal and quality farm output.
- The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in soilless cultivation. Must be willing to learn and have passion for sustainable agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily farm operations, including crop planning, nutrient management, and pest control
- Supervise and train farm staff to ensure efficient and effective crop production
- Monitor and control crop health, quality, and yield
- Implement and maintain sustainable farming practices
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Certificate in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in soilless vegetable production
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of hydroponic and aeroponic systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary
N75,000 – N100,000 / month.
