Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Awoyaya, Lekki-Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • We seek a passionate and dedicated Farm Manager to join our team and move the business forward.
  • As a Farm Manager at Ayopeju Farm Limited, you will be crucial for managing all aspects of the farm operations, acquiring new clients, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the overall success and sustainability of the farm.

Key Responsibilities
Farm Operations Management:

  • Ensure the farm operates efficiently and sustainably, adhering to best practices in aquaculture.
  • Manage farm staff, providing training and supervision to ensure optimal performance.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Represent Ayopeju Farm Ltd at industry events and trade shows to promote our products.

Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the farm.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure financial stability and profitability.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Ensure all farm activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest product quality and safety standards.
  • Regular inspections and audits should be conducted to identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning and Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the farm.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of farm management experience, preferably aquaculture.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage financial records and budgets.
  • Knowledge of aquaculture practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.


  • N60,000 – N100,000 monthly.
