Major Requirements
- Minimum of OND in engineering (Mechanical, or related field).
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as an electrician or similar role in a soyabean processing plant.
- Candidate must be between 23-35 Years of age.
Duties/Responsibilities
- The electrician will be responsible for all maintenance work during production to reduce plant downtime.
- Servicing, repairing, and statutory compliance relating to electrical equipment in soya plant environment.
- Investigate, diagnose repair electrical faults.
- Routine pre and post Electric Motor/Control Panel checks as per checklist.
- Operating/Servicing of factory Generators
- Provide detailed shift reports to ensure smooth transitions between operators.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring working environment.
- Must be able to synergize with other departments to achieve set goals.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Accountability for assigned works with attention to detail is a must.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good teaming skills.
- Sound experience of Electric Motor diagnosis and recoiling.
- Sound experience of generator operation and servicing.
- Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
- Robust experience in troubleshooting, motor checks & repairs
- Should be knowledgeable on general maintenance mechanics.
- Should have basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to details to detail and a commitment to quality.
