Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a vibrant, entrepreneurial and social media savvy Assistant Manager to supervise staff, strategize and execute business development initiatives.
- This is a hybrid role (4 days on site and other days remote). Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- On-site supervision oflandscaping or bulk-order projects
- Strategize on marketing & sales and execute brand growth initiatives
- Staying on trend with marketing strategies and advising CEO accordingly
- Shoot brand products and create engaging picture or video content to drive traffic to social media platforms and to boost sales
- Responding to customer messages on all media platforms and processing customer orders
- Resolving customer service issues if any in a professional and efficient manner
- Assisting with packaging and sending out orders for delivery
- Staff management and administrative support
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc in any related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing, managerial or executive assistant role
- Excellent Customer Service,Problem Solving Skills andNegotiation Skills
- Photography, graphics or videography skills will be an added advantage
- Experience using tiktok, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Vibrant, outgoing and fun personality
- Prior experience in horticulture is not required as the ideal candidate will be fully trained.
- The ideal candidate should be based on the island preferably
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
