Title: Graduate Development Program
Location: Akinyele, Awe – Oyo
Objectives of the Program
- The Program aims to nurture talented young graduates to lay the foundation for a challenging and rewarding career in our organization.
- This intensive development program will combine interactive learning, technical and leadership skills development with on-the-job experience across different departments and companies within the group such as Farm Operations management, engineering, fabrication, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance/Accounts, Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, etc.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least a Second-Class Upper Division or HND with at least upper credit in Animal Science / Nutrition, Animal Technology, Agricultural Science and Extension, DVM, and other related courses.
Required Years of Experience:
- A maximum of 2 years of total experience.
- Not more than 26 years by 31st December 2024
- Must have completed the NYSC program.

- If you possess a positive attitude, a good level of initiative, drive, and agility enough to think out of the box, react quickly, and be ready to take up opportunities as they are available, ready to live and work out of Awe, or Akinyele in Oyo State, and you meet the above criteria then this program is for you.
