We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agronomy Sales Representative (NIger and Abuja Region) 

Location: Niger
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Sales and marketing of Company Agronomy product portfolio.
  • Keeping detailed records regarding fields, customers, crops, and samples.
  • Generating reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties.
  • Conducting training on products and techniques through educational presentations.
  • Consulting with farmers to prosper through the use of these products.


  • Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience.
  • Further education and experience may be preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Experience and Ability to work in different parts of the country
  • Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
  • Sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct training on products and techniques.
  • Display of In-depth Knowledge of soil and crop principles.
  • Must be able to show outstanding sales and technical ability.
  • Good relationship skills with clients.
  • Experience Agronomist who has 3 – 6 years of sales and marketing of Agronomy products
  • Must have the knowledge on best Agronomy practices of both cereal, legumes, and cash crops
  • Abilities to identify potential customers and quickly turn it into sales, Skilled in giving Technical support to farmers under modern technology, and also vibrant in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Feasibility Studies, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must know all the nooks and crannies of Niger state where agribusiness is taking place (farmers association, agro-dealers, seed company, etc.)
  • Resident in Niger state is an added advantage.
  • Ability to speak Hausa, and other local languages in the state is an added advantage.
  • Good in report writing using Word and excel
