Job Title: Farm Worker

Job Description
- We are looking for experienced farm workers for our farms in Ogun State, specifically at Kobape and Ilewo Orile.
- You are going to be clearing farmland, heaping and cutting weeds using hoes and cutlasses.
- If you cannot handle these kinds of manual work, please do not bother to contact us.
- The starting salary is N50K, which increases to N70K after 6 months.
- We provide accommodation and the salary includes a feeding allowance.
- There are other benefits like health insurance, contributory pension, annual bonus, allocation of personal portion of land and other perks after 6months probationary period.
- Manual work like clearing, weeding, tilling, and ridging using hand tools cultivate, fertilise, spray and harvest.
- Sprays with chemicals to control weed growth, insects, fungus growth and diseases.
- Irrigates land for crop growth.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
